If when you have entered your information for setting up your account, and placing your order you get a message stating your credit card was not charged, or your order did not go thru please do not re-attempt multiple times.
Many banks are denying the charge for ALL new attempts, not just us, but all companies on the net, they deny the charge then send a text or email asking if it was you.
So if you get denied you may use the support link on the website and send us in a ticket and we will make certain that you were NOT charged. You may also check your credit or debit card to see if there was a successful charge or not. If not you may try again, if so we will return your contact with your account information and log in.
